In the middle of an estate of four acres a detached house with two bedrooms, a big living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with hot and cold water) is situated.
In front of the house there is a huge yard of 200 square meters and a vegetable garden. There is also a traditional oven and barbecue.

There are two beaches at 50 m from the house. In one of them you could moor your boat. We offer a rubber boat with its engine and oars if you wish to go fishing or just for a ride. There’s plenty of fish and seafood in the area.

The picturesque village of Agios Dimitrios is at a distance of 2 km. You can enjoy the beaches or food at the taverns or go clubbing at night. On the other side there is another village called “Achillion” which is one of the most beautiful you have seen. You can do your shopping there or again spend a pleasant evening.

Glyfa which is where ferry boats transfer people to Evia or Athens (Agios Konstandinos). From there you could travel to the Sporades Islands as there are organized day trips.

We can assure you that it will be a unique experience for you to enjoy the sunrise or even better the sunset from the house enjoying your drink or coffee, lying on one of the many armchairs in undisturbed peace and quiet.

For those of you who would like more action there’s the opportunity to water-ski, or go scuba diving or even hiking on mountain behind the house.
