A route to the east coast of Andros is from Batsi towards Ateni, a beautiful farming village with a taverna and a bay with two beaches from which the road leads to the deserted beach of Lefka.

Zorkos beach, a long and really beautiful beach. It is a sandy beach , and the shade close the rocks is for a few only lucky swimmers. There is a small tavern there.

Gialia and Piso Gialia Beaches are the most beautiful beaches close to Hora , Andros island capital. Gialia is the longest beach with pebbles; Piso Gialia is smaller and it is a sandy beach. The two beaches are not far away with each other-only a few minutes on foot , provided you cross the hill. On the longer beach is a nice , traditional taverna.
